Creative Concepts had the pleasure of collaborating with Ohana’s on an ambitious renovation project, transforming an old, dilapidated butcher shop into a vibrant Cafe Bistro with two luxurious apartments above. From inception to execution, we were deeply involved in every aspect of this endeavor.

We worked closely with Ohana’s to conceptualize the business ethos, design the space, and curate a unique menu that resonated with the local community. Additionally, we provided support in furniture upcycling, marketing strategies, staffing, and management, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality.

Our team also conducted barrister training, organized events, and implemented rigorous health and safety protocols to ensure a top-notch dining experience. Furthermore, we handled the intricacies of POS systems and account management, empowering ‘Ohana’s to focus on delivering exceptional service to their patrons.
